Chicago's 500th Dunkin' Store to Debut Fresh, Modern Look, Relaxed Environment

Dunkin' Donuts, which has been in the Chicago market for five decades, will open its 500th store there on Saturday, January 14. The store will feature a more relaxed and updated feel, consistent with Dunkin's updated colors, facade and "DD" branding. The store will also feature free WI-FI and interactive video menu boards.

Dunkin's marketing team has several events planned for customers of Franchise Partner Sam Savini's newest store, located at 3206 W. 111st Street:

  • In conjunction with FeedChicago.org, Dunkin' is offering a free donut coupon to anyone brining a cash donation or food item for the food drive.
  • Special guests from the Chicago Bulls team and Radio B96 will be on tap starting at 10 a.m.
  • A raffle will be held for Dunkin's first day guests, featuring several prizes, including two free Bulls tickets.

At 11 a.m. on opening day, Alderman Matthew O'Shea, radio broadcasters Wennington and Swirsky, the Luvabulls and Savani will present a $2,000 donation to FeedChicago.org.

Dunkin' has added a new refrigerated "grab n' go" case, giving guests opting for lighter fare more choices, such as Yoplait Lowfat Yogurt, Sabra Hummus, Sargento Cheese Sticks, Dole Fruit Cups, and more.
